Our story technically began with a job interview—not exactly the setting of a classic love story. There were no violins, no candlelight, and definitely no expectations of romance. Just a conversation, a first impression, and two people who had no idea that life would bring them back together in a completely different way.Years later, paths crossed again, this time under very different circumstances. What started as a familiar connection slowly turned into something deeper—full of laughter, long conversations, unexpected moments, and a growing sense that there was something special between us.It hasn’t always been the easiest journey. Like any real relationship, ours came with challenges, lessons, and moments that asked us to grow—both individually and together. But through it all, we kept choosing each other. Again and again.Somewhere between the ups, the downs, the travels, the talks, and the everyday moments, we realized we had built something strong, genuine, and worth celebrating.And now, here we are—thrilled, grateful, and a little amazed—to have reached this beautiful stage of union together.We can’t wait to celebrate the next chapter of our story with all of you. 💛

Flights: Dubai - Athens (direct flights with Emirates or Aegean Airlines) Athens - Chania (direct internal flight, various airlines) For those traveling from Italy or any other place in Europe there are direct flights to the island either to Heraklion or Chania. The wedding will take place in a village in Chania. Church of Panagia in Kalyves, Chania. The reception will take place on the next village called Gavalochori. We will be providing transport from the church to the venue for the people that do not have their own. The island is big and we recommend you rent a car as it is the easiest way to get around. As for your stay you can stay in Chania or the nearby villages including Kalyves. The distance from Chania to Kalyves is around 25 minutes by car. I would suggest to book a house from Airbnb which allows far more options than hotels.
